Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
  • ½ cup white or yellow onion, thinly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Slice avocados and mash in a medium bowl.
  2. Chop tomatoes and onion. Add to mashed avocados.
  3. Mince garlic. Add to avocados.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and salt until evenly combined.
  5. Serve immediately or save in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  6. To keep fresh longer, cover the top with raw chopped onions.
