These delicious bliss balls are so easy, you only need 5 simple ingredients!

Serves: 8 balls
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor until combined, but not yet gooey.
  2. If desired, add chocolate chips.
  3. Roll into 8 balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator.
