Low Calorie Frozen Hot Chocolate

This is no ordinary hot chocolate.

Ingredients
  • 1 pint chocolate Halo Top ice cream (See notes on where to buy)
  • ¼-1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional toppings:
  • coconut whipped cream
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
  1. If you want to make toppings, prepare coconut whipped cream before hand.
  2. To melt chocolate for glass and topping, melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each time until melted. Drizzle ¾ melted chocolate in a medium glass.
  3. Combine ice cream and almond milk in a high-speed blender and blend on high. (You may need to add more almond milk o blend completely.)
  4. If needed, break apart chunks with a fork.
  5. Pour into cup and top with coconut whipped cream and remaining melted chocolate.
  6. Drink right away.
Notes
* You either buy Halo Top online here or find out if it's sold in a grocery store near youhere.
* You can sub any other low-calorie milk for almond milk.
