Crispy Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (about 4 cups) brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1½ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Rinse and air dry brussels sprouts.
  3. Cut brussels sprouts in half.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic powder.
  5. Mince garlic and stir into brussels sprouts.
  6. Spread out onto a roasting pan or large cake pan.
  7. Roast 30 minutes on top rack of oven. Stir after 20 minutes.
Notes
* Roasting time will vary depending on size of brussels sprouts.
